Collection

Please notify us if you are wishing to collect your purchase(s) in order for us to deduct 5% from your invoice total.
Failure to notify us of your decision to collect will result in the full cost price invoiced.

Waste

If you would like your waste batteries collected and disposed of safely in line with the Environment Agency’s guidelines please contact us
If you are currently registered for Hazardous Waste and would like us to collect on your behalf AND pay you for it, please give us your EA Hazardous Waste Registration number and we will arrange everything for you – Free of Charge.

Terms

The terms for any account arrangement and credit thereafter is strictly 30 days then prompt payment.
We will reserve the right to supply, to offer an extra 5% reduction on invoice for collection of products purchased and payment for waste batteries collected in the event of account payments not being settled at 30 days.
Waste batteries collected by 5 Star, will ONLY be paid if a company is currently registered for Hazardous Waste and can fill a waste container, completely FULL a minimum of 4 times per year – with Lead type batteries.
Warranty issues are handled & processed in line with our warranty statement, see FAQ’s – “Are Five Star batteries guaranteed”.
In the event of dispute, a warranty claim will be sent to the battery Manufacturer for independent testing and their decision will be final.
